Kaya (迦夜) is a Japanese musician, known for his role as the vocalist of the now defunct electro/darkwave duo Schwarz Stein (2001-2004). Prior to Schwarz Stein, Kaya was the vocalist for Meties and ISOLA. Both groups that have disbanded since. Kaya is also known for his uniquely elegant and androgynous dress. Kaya has released 3 singles and 2 albums thus far. His fourth single Carmilla is set to be released on Halloween(2007).

On April 23rd he will be releasing a three track titled ‘chocolat’. Sizna of Sugar will be assisting Kaya as well as former band mate Hora(ex Schwarz Stein). Six days followng the three track, Kaya will host a ‘One Man Live Show’ at Tokyo Kinema.
